Genevieve Kingsford appeared in the multi-award winning and critically acclaimed MARY POPPINS, co-created by Disney Theatrical Productions, Cameron Mackintosh, and the Michael Cassel Group for the full Australian tour in 2022 & 2023. As a valued member of the ensemble, she performed in some of the show’s most beloved numbers, including Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, Jolly Holiday, and the spectacular tap routine Step in Time, where she danced nightly as a chimney sweep. In addition to her ensemble work, Kingsford understudied the leading female roles, stepping into the spotlight multiple times as Mary Poppins herself — complete with the character’s iconic bottomless carpet bag and bird-head umbrella. She also understudied the role of Mrs. Banks, bringing depth, warmth, and heart to the story’s central family.
